Ergonomía y otros términos, son los que no debes obviar para cuidar tu salud si estas muchas horas frente al computador. Esguinces de muñeca, dolores de espalda y de cabeza, son enfermedades muy comunes y causas frecuentes de licencias médicas. Hoy en día, las personas que trabajan en oficina, pasan más de 8 horas días en el PC, es decir, alrededor de 40 horas semanales en la misma posición y a a eso, debes sumar, que pasas otras 8 horas acostado sobre una cama para descansar. Es por lo anterior,que te daremos algunos consejos para que puedas evitar posibles enfermedades por tu mala postura en tu horario laboral.

- Algunas recomendaciones
- Mantén tu espalda recta
- Mantén tu cuello recto, y muévelo haciendo círculos cada 30 minutos
- Trabaja con luz adecuada
- Elige un PadMouse Ergonómico
- Elige un Teclado Slim, es decir, que apretar una tecla sea algo sencillo.
- Evita cruzar tus piernas
- Elige un buen pisa pies
